It's been months since Batman last appeared in Gotham and the Joker was locked away in Arkham Asylum, but fear still haunt the people of the city. No one really believes that the Joker will stay put, there's too much chaos that needs to be caused. But anyone who thinks the Joker is the only villain in Gotham is a fool. There are others who threaten innocent (or sometimes not so innocent) lives, and now there's no one to stop them.
Gotham needs its hero, but what will it take to bring Batman back?[/center]
