Just because I know you, I am going to be harsher.
Banner - Your banner is wicked awesome!!!! So are the menu buttons. I like everything about your forum so far. Like, you have active members. You should make some custom images though. Like for the On/off and info center. Overall. I would say 9.5/10. When you get those images made it would be a 10/10.

I'm not very good with rates, but here goes! I really like all the colors, and the colors of the member groups. They work very well with the skin and it looks really good. I'm not too sure about the Forum Name | Topics | Posts | Last Post color though, it looks a bit out of place. My only suggestion for change is to remove the « Home » text. You can use this code to remove it. I'd say you have a good amount of boards, although some are quite inactive. Perhaps post a few topics in there to get people using them. I'd say thats about it ;D overal rating. 8/10 |

I put in that code you suggested.
As for the 'Forum Name | Topics | Posts | Last Post'..I'll look into it. 
I know some boards are very inactive..I've been planning to start posting some topics and such.
