The menu buttons are hard to read, depending on what angle I have my laptop screen at. The banner is pretty nice its self. I also like the back ground. I think the gradient at the top should be on every category and have a category splitter. That way the forum would have a cleaner look to it. I don't like the color of the boards though. You have a Black and red skin then all of a sudden BLAM! a huge chunk of white in the middle.

Hello, I rate a bit different, I just rate as I see the forum. Menu Buttons; I'd recommend you maybe try to make some custom menu buttons, make it either blend with the forum, or different. Codes; Seems like you've used a good amount of codes. After checking your source on your forum, I was right. Category's; Nice, fair amount, not too many and not too few. Boards; Again, nice amount of boards, right in the middle of a lot and a few. Activity; The forums activity is good for being a new forum and all. nice work! Overall; I like your forum, it's very nice considering it's a new forum. (and most new forums are, well. new.  ) |

"It looked real good" doesn't count as a good rate because it doesn't say what you like/dislike about the forum and what you think could be improved.

"Your forum sucks". Those do not count as rates (The second example is a rude rate, anyway). If you're going to rate a forum, please show some effort when doing it. Say what you like and don't like about the forum. I sugest you look at other threads for rate ideas to help you give the best rates. |

ok here goes mr james.
let's c.. i like the layout of his forum. his color is nice..I guess that color is brick? His affiliate table shows up nicely as well.
His shout box is okay. would look better in my opinion if it was colored coded but maybe he cant do that? i think he needs to lighten the header as in criminal rehab facility as i cant c it much.
maybe color the borders so it doesnt look like all the topics and categorys are running together.
